Question of the day:

Whats your goal today/tomorrow?

Do you believe in ghosts? Yes/no/why?

-yes!! i believe in having a good relationship with ghosts and spirits(though it's not always possible). in haunted places where ive made it clear that im pro-ghost ive experienced good things--wind blows the open fridge door shut, etc. every ghost is different but I think we share our space with lots of things-- bugs, other people, pets, etc-- so why not some spirits? they r like my roommates. i incense my home so they r comfy and sometimes they repay the favor:) i have no proof but seeing intention in small things makes my life brighter

-i do not believe in ghosts but when i hear ghost stories i believe in them. i think maybe ghosts are too simple an answer. when we die we probably go to chaos zone where nothing makes sense. or we merge with our grandparents and live in the past or something. maybe the first single celled organism can see us all as ghosts as it lives its short life billions of years ago, but only it has that privilege. we often underestimate the confusing nature of this universe. all planets are ghosts probably. on the other hand, ghosts are cute and spooky and should exist.

- i don't make a habit out of believing in ghosts/incorporeal beings, but in practice i sometimes act as if i do. when i was a kid i believed in a god that was watching me all the time, so i also believed in other beings watching me too. they weren't "ghosts" to me, they were just afterlife people. a few years ago i was alone for a long time and then had a 'conversation' with a deceased relative that seemed real at the time. even though it was the shrooms doing the talking, it felt real and it was helpful. if there is an afterlife, the thought of wandering the old earth as a ghost is sad to me. i hope an afterlife would be like a dream with porous boundaries, able to travel to different places and times

- def ghosts ... we can only see one tiny slice of the whole big universe

- one time i went on a date and she asked me if i thought ghosts were real. i told her something about the essence of people leaving a mark being real but probably not ghosts and she was really disappointed by my answer. she then ghosted me on our next date. really made me think.

- i started off answering “are ghosts real?” instead of “do you believe in ghosts?” which are radically different questions. but do *i* believe in ghosts? let’s go with: not at the moment. that being said: if you believe it, then my belief is tethered to yours
